学术诚信 

The NJIT University and community strives to develop and maintain a high level of ethics and honesty among all members of its community. It is our hope that each student demonstrate honesty and integrity in the completion of all assignments and in the participation of the learning process. Adherence to the University policy on 学术诚信 promotes the level of integrity required within the university and professional communities and assures students that their work is being judged fairly with the work of others. 偏差事件 

在十大网赌平台, we encour年龄 an understanding of the effects of 偏见, aim to create a sense of community responsibility, and help to build an environment of mutual respect through education and dialogue. A 偏见 incident can be defined as an act(s) committed against a person that is motivated by 偏见 or prejudice. Bias incidents can be in the form of verbal, 写, 物理, or psychological acts or behaviors that threaten or harm a person or group on the basis of actual or perceived race, 宗教, color, 性, 年龄, 性取向, 性别认同或表达, 国家的起源, 祖先, 残疾, 婚姻状况, 民事结合地位, 同居伴侣身份, atypical heredity or cellular blood trait, military service or veteran status. 护理 

The NJIT 护理团队 is a campus resource dedicated to assisting students who may be in distress or experiencing challenging or difficult life circumstances. The 护理团队 also provides consultation and intervention when students exhibit aggressive, concerning or disruptive behaviors. The primary focus of the team is to take a proactive approach in identifying students who are struggling and provide early intervention, 资源, 和推荐, both on campus and in the community. This form is used to report behavioral concerns or actions that may pose a risk of harm or danger or threat to self and others. 一般事件 

The NJIT University and community seek to hold students accountable for behaviors that only impact themselves but also community members. This form is used to report most non-academic misconduct that occur inside or outside of the classroom setting. Some examples are behaviors that violate the student Code of Conduct or other NJIT policies by students or individuals or student organizations such as harassment, 欺凌, 跟踪等. 第九条和不当性行为 

第九条 protects all NJIT students by prohibiting discrimination on the basis of 性, 性别认同, 性取向 and pregnancy status as well as 性ual harassment. Sexual harassment includes 性ual assault, dating and domestic violence and stalking. 另外, the Code of Student Conduct protects students from other forms of 性ual misconduct including 性ual exploitation and stealthing. If you wish to file a complaint of 性ual misconduct, please complete the Title IX and Sexual Misconduct Reporting Form or contact NJIT’s 第九条 Coordinator directly at 973-596-3466 or visit the Dean of Students Office located on the second floor of the 校园中心, 255房间.

学生抱怨

Students should feel free to raise matters of concern without risk of disadvant年龄. Every effort will be made to ensure that a resolution is met that is satisfactory to the university and the student. Students are encour年龄d to first speak with the individual, 部门, or office with which they have the complaint. If they are not satisfied with the response, one may contact the Office of the Dean of Students at (973) 596-3466 or email at dos@joyerianicaragua.com.  Students may also visit the office located in 校园中心 room 255, or book an appointment with an Associate Dean through 导航 (选择学生事务主任).
